Moment smiling Novichok victim jokes around buying booze hours before deadly nerve agent poisoning
Footage shows the 44-year-old in a jovial mood at an off licence in Salisbury, Wiltshire - unaware that she was about to be poisoned by deadly Novichok.
The CCTV was recorded at the Best 1 Local off licence, where the mum-of-three bought wine and beers on both Thursday and Friday evening before falling ill on Saturday lunch time.
In other footage, taken during another trip to the shop, she appeared to brush past a child, although there’s nothing to suggest she was contaminated at that point.
Dawn was later found frothing at the mouth alongside her boyfriend Charlie Rowley, 45, at his house seven miles away in Amesbury.
The pair remain in a critical condition in hospital after coming into contact with the same deadly nerve agent used in the attack on Sergei Skripal and daughter Yulia in March.
